Sarasin & Partners, the £17bn global thematic investment manager, will relocate its London office to 50 George Street, Marylebone in early 2026, after more than 20 years at Juxon House.
50 George Street has been chosen to accommodate the growth of the business, allowing the team to continue to offer a high calibre client experience and create a working environment that meets the business’s evolving needs.
Sarasin & Partners will be the sole occupier of the building, which comprises 33,000 sq ft of newly refurbished Grade A office space and a further 6,900 sq ft of outdoor space. The BREEAM Excellent building will offer a mix of amenities, including outdoor terraces, and spaces to allow individual and collaborative work with clients and colleagues.
Located in the heart of Marylebone, the office benefits from excellent transport links and high-quality restaurants, hotels and retail, providing a vibrant environment for both colleagues and clients.
Guy Matthews, managing partner said: “After more than two decades at Juxon House, our business has outgrown our current office. This move marks an important milestone, allowing us to invest in our growth with a newly refurbished space designed to meet the evolving needs of our clients and colleagues.”
The announcement follows a period of momentum for Sarasin & Partners, including the promotion of Tom Vernon as head of private clients and the launch of Sarasin Managed Funds - a suite of risk-rated multi-asset solutions designed to offer greater flexibility and enable investors access to the widest possible strategic and tactical investment opportunities.
